Radiographs & Ultrasound
Equine and small ruminant we offer on the farm care for sicknesses. We have portable digital radiographs, ultrasound and bloodwork capabilities. We see a variety of colics, chokes, dystocia, lacerations, fevers and unknown illnesses on the farm. If we feel that your pet needs hospitalization for the best treatment, we will make that recommendation for referral.

Bloodwork
If you have sheep or goats and would like to haul into the Belding clinic, we offer that as well. We run most of the bloodwork in house and can have results in as little as 10 minutes. That way we can diagnose right away and send you home with medications with an understanding of the problem at hand. Specialty bloodwork for certain diseases we send to outside labs and that takes about a week. Dr. Amy has been working with small ruminants for the last 11 years and has seen a variety of sicknesses and herd problems.

Diagnostics
We prefer to see sick dogs and cats at the Belding location. If you have a very large dog that cannot be transported, we will make exceptions depending on the situation. We have an x-ray table that supports our machine and much easier to take x-rays of small animals with our table set up in clinic. We also have complete lab machines accessible for quick results as one of our blood work machines is not portable. We keep all of our small animal medications in the clinic so we have access to a complete pharmacy when you arrive.
